LAKE MALAWI are playing at the 2015 Great Escape Festival in Brighton this May, it has been confirmed.

The London/Prague-based indie dreampop band will appear, at a time and venue to be confirmed, on Thursday 14 May.

The band will then be embarking on their first ever UK tour during the second half of May.

Meanwhile, Lake Malawi have been voted ‘Best Newcomers of 2014’ by readers of Czech music website musicserver.cz – winning with a massive 44% of the vote.

The band’s ‘Always June‘ was also voted ‘Best Single of 2014’ with 39% of the vote.
